Prints are for today, tomorrow and all the tomorrows after that. They remind us of what love really feels like. Photography is best enjoyed in print! There’s nothing like sitting down by a fireplace and flipping through the pages of a family album. Digital files are fun to share on social media and I’m more than happy for you to use your digital files for this purpose, but your images deserve to be printed and enjoyed for a lifetime, (not just used as your profile picture for a couple of weeks) Who knows what type of digital storage devices will come and go in the next few decades, remember the floppy disc and now even the CD is starting to become obsolete ? Prints are tangible, they are art and the final product from your photoshoot. A print can be a gift, it is classic and timeless and a print will last and become a part of your family’s historical record. This is why I offer beautiful, quality prints and albums to give you plenty of options for displaying and enjoying your images. I have had many clients come back to me and ask me to print something for them that they couldn’t get to look beautiful at a cheap consumer printer. It saddens me to see a beautifully crafted and detailed image print blue, grey and heavily contrasted when printed through a cheap print lab or photo machine. As a professional photographer, I believe in the value of the images I create for you and know that your prints and albums are a wise investment today and always. 100 Day Baby Photography Sessions At 100 days (or 3 month old) baby photography sessions, I aim to photograph babies in a variety of setups and outfits. As they are not able to sit, I aim to capture them on a variety of fabrics and textures, and to attempt a shot on their tummy (if they’re happy). I also capture parent and family photos as well. Sessions typically last about an hour before babies decide they have had enough. I like to move quickly to get as much variety in the photographs as possible before this happens! In traditional Chinese culture 100 days after a baby’s birth is an important celebration. 100 days after birth, relatives and friends will send gifts for the baby such as clothing and jewellery. The celebration represents the hope that the baby will live for 100 years. More recently, parents have been wanting to commemorate this important milestone with a 100 day baby photography session. Looking to capture your baby’s 100 day milestone with a photography session?
My 100 day (3 month old) photo sessions take place at my studio here in Queenstown. Here I have a large range of fabrics, props and outfits for you to select from. I also encourage parents to bring along any special outfits they would like their baby photographed in. I have a variety of packages and products ranging from individual prints, canvases and digital files, up to my larger packages which include the full gallery of around 30 images as well as additional products such as canvases, frames and albums. Contact me via [email protected] to find out more about my pricing and to check my upcoming availability Steph xx Are you ready for cuteness overload?! Meet Zoe! Last time I saw this wee girl was at her newborn session 6 months ago! It was incredible to see how much she has grown in this time, and oh my word, how adorable is her smile ?!
Meet Bob, he has just turned one! It was such an honour to capture another milestone for his family. Bob's mummy and I have been friends since high school, (i'm pretty sure she was one of the first people I met when I started here at the high school in 6th form!) . This is the 2nd cake smash we have planned and photographed together, firstly for big brother Lewis and now for this smiley wee dude!
